So the post of the day suggestion is to blog about what you like to do on snow days. Now here in Victoria snow days don’t really happen. They do occasionally, and pretty much results in a shut down of the entire city.
But the question was what do you like to do when there are snow days. I guess it depends on the city we’ve been in at the time, while in Halifax, there would be sledding down Citadel Hill; drinking lots of beer, and having huge meals with everyone around. Here in Victoria, the odd times we’ve had snow days we do always make some sort of dish that takes a while to prepare and it’s meant to warm you from the inside out.
So I’ve included some of the best snow pictures I could find in our picture library, some will be pretty obvious as to where they’re taken either it be east or west coast. So enjoy!

South Bend Indiana got 23.5 inches of snow in 24 yours yesterday. We are feeling the snow here too.
